That same night, while I was sleeping deeply, exhausted from the drink, Soula and Voula had stayed in the living room and were watching a horror movie. Soula, a mature woman with an impressive presence and a weakness for beautiful female bodies, had met Voula, a charming woman in her twenty-eighth year, a few months ago. From the first moment, the chemistry between them was intense, although neither had dared to make the first move.

When the movie ended, they said goodbye and each headed to her room. Soula, however, could not calm down. Voula's presence, her smile, and the way she looked at her had awakened within her a desire she found hard to ignore.

She put on a black, silk lingerie set with delicate lace and stockings that accentuated her femininity. She looked at herself in the mirror for a moment, smiled slyly, and wondered if Voula had realized the effect she had on her.

At that moment, a soft knock was heard at the door.

"Come in," said Soula.

Voula appeared in the doorway wearing an elegant, short nightgown.

"I hope I'm not disturbing you. I can't sleep and thought it would be nice to sit together for a while."

"You're not disturbing me at all. Come, sit next to me."

Voula entered the room and her gaze lingered on Soula for a moment.

"I have to tell you something," she said, smiling. "You have incredible style. Even your underwear is chosen in such a way that it seems to have been made especially for you."

Soula laughed.

"You're flattering a woman who has begun to believe her best years are behind her."

"If that's what you believe, then you probably need a new mirror," Voula replied. "You are stunningly beautiful. You have confidence, femininity, and something in your gaze that is hard to overlook."

Soula looked at her with interest.

"And you have a way of making a woman feel special."

"Perhaps because you make me feel that way."

For a few seconds, silence prevailed. The atmosphere had changed. The smiles remained, but behind them there was now something more than simple affection.

Soula opened her drawer and took out some elegant lingerie sets.

"Since you like my style so much, would you like to see them? I have some that I believe would look wonderful on you."

Voula approached and began looking at the different designs.

"This purple one is gorgeous."

"I would choose that one for you too," said Soula. "It has something special."

Voula held it up in front of her and smiled.

"Do you think it would suit me?"

"If you want to try it on, of course. I can give you some privacy."

Voula looked her in the eyes.

"You don't need to leave. If you feel comfortable, you can help me with the fastening."

Soula did not rush to answer.

"Are you sure?"

"Absolutely."

Voula tried on the set and turned towards her. Soula helped her carefully arrange the delicate straps and then took a step back to see her better.

"It looks exceptionally good on you," she said. "You have a natural elegance that requires no effort."

"And you have a way of making me blush," Voula replied.

"Do you like it?"

Voula lowered her gaze for a moment and then raised it again.

"Perhaps more than I should admit."

Soula felt her heart beating faster.

"You don't need to be ashamed of what you feel. Just be honest with me."

Voula sat down next to her, so close that their shoulders lightly touched.

"I like women," she finally said. "And lately I've been thinking about you often. I don't know if you had realized."

Soula smiled softly.

"I had suspected. But I didn't want to make assumptions or put you in a difficult position."

"And you? Have you ever felt anything similar for me?"

Soula took a deep breath.

"Yes, Voula. The truth is I find you very attractive. But I didn't want to complicate things or pressure you."

Voula brought her hand close to hers.

"You're not pressuring me. I'm here because I want to be."

Their fingers hesitantly intertwined. Soula looked at her for a moment, as if trying to make sure the moment was real.

"May I kiss you?" she asked quietly.

"Yes," whispered Voula.

Their first kiss was soft and brief. When they pulled apart, they both smiled. The second one was more prolonged, full of emotion and the tension they had held inside for so long.

Soula gently caressed Voula's cheek.

"You don't know how long I've been waiting to find out if you felt the same way."

"And I was afraid you would laugh at me if I told you."

"I would never laugh at you for that."

Voula rested her head on her shoulder. They stayed embraced for a while, enjoying the intimacy that had been born between them. The initial awkwardness had receded, making room for tenderness, smiles, and small confessions.

Soula asked her if she wanted to stay a little longer. Voula replied that she had no desire to leave.

Outside, the storm continued to light up the sky. Inside the room, however, the two women had forgotten the movie, the rain, and the time.

What mattered was that they had finally spoken openly about their attraction. And as they exchanged another kiss, they knew this night would remain in their memory as the beginning of a relationship neither of them had dared to dream of until then.
